Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, Andrew Gilland brings a rare combination of
dedication, integrity, and genuine care for people to his real estate career. After more than five
years serving his community as a patrol officer and deputy sheriff — including a meaningful
season as a School Resource Officer — Andrew developed the communication skills, trust, and
composure under pressure that define how he shows up for every client.
Real estate was always something Andrew was drawn to, even during his years in law
enforcement. When the opportunity came to make the leap and pursue it full time, he went all in.
Andrew is relocating to North Myrtle Beach — a community he has been coming to his entire life
and a place that has always held a special place in his heart. Now he is making it home
permanently and committing his career to serving the people who live, invest, and put down
roots here.
Andrew is fully dedicated to serving North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand
communities — from Little River to Murrells Inlet and everywhere in between. He is motivated,
committed, and driven by the belief that buying or selling a home is one of the most important
decisions a person will ever make. He takes that responsibility seriously and brings the same
focus and follow-through to every client relationship that he brought to his years of public
service.
When he is not working with clients you will find Andrew in the gym, out on a run, or exploring
new ways to stay active. He enjoys spending time with family and is always open to a new
challenge.
For Andrew, real estate is more than a career — it is the next chapter in a life built around
serving others, and he would not have it any other way.
