I started my real estate journey in 1989, after working for a custom home builder for over 10 years. I have been actively working in Real Estate for 30 years, whether in Sales or Construction. I worked tirelessly after hurricane Katrina to put devastated families back into homes. I strive to develop solid working relationships for continuing customer satisfaction. This led me to begin working with several Federal Disaster Grants, and my career in project management began. I became a Project Management Professional in 2007, and received my General Contractor License to work as a Project Coordinator with the Mississippi Development Authority Long Term Workforce Housing Community Development Block Grant Program. This $350,000,000 program was designed to build 20,000 to 25,000 affordable housing units on Mississippi’s coastal counties. After working for 7 years as a Senior Project Associate, I decided to join the Live Love Homes team as Compliance Manager to share my experience working in compliance and help develop policies and procedures to assist agents in leveraging their business. In 2018, I transitioned to Director of Operations. My passion is helping agents keep up with the new technology revolution at Keller Williams!
